People new to Scuba diving may know that this is an expensive sport… so to try and help you get started when you first join the club, not only is the cost of your diving included but also the loan of the key pieces of equipment you will need to learn. This gets you off to a flying start giving you the chance to slowly build up the kit you’ll need.
Equipment for loan to trainees:
- Air cylinder, 10 or 12 litres in volume.
- BCD Buoyancy jackets
- Regulators with first, second stage, octopus & console
- Masks, fins and snorkels
- Weights and weight belts
Usually after graduating as an Ocean Diver we would expect you to have started to purchase your own equipment. We do not provide dry suits for training, however these can be hired form a local dive shop for your open water training.
