This year’s Annual General Meeting for Evesham Sub Aqua Club will take place on Thursday 21st November 2018 at 7.30 pm at Pershore Football Club. All paid up members of the Club are entitled to vote and social members and other family members or friends are welcome to attend. The bar will be open and a light buffet will follow the meeting.
Nominations for the election of Officers and General Committee Members
should be made by completing the attached nomination form. These should be sent to the Club Secretary or handed in to any Committee member by no later than 18th November. Nominations will not be accepted on the night.
Any motions for consideration at the AGM should be notified to the Club Secretary beforehand; however, any other general business may be raised on the night.
