Not everyone wants to scuba dive, and as a sub aqua club ESAC fully supports snorkelling. We have trained snorkelling coaches at the club, who are happy to work with members to develop their skills.
Of course, we do have some members who are younger than 12 years, and these boys and girls cannot yet learn to scuba dive. The snorkelling skills they develop give great confidence in the water if they choose to start diving after their 12th birthday.
