As you are aware it is the Club’s 50th Anniversary this year and we will be having a party to celebrate 🎉🎉🎉
All current and past Club members together with their immediate families are invited to help celebrate this momentous occasion. Details are as follows:-
Date: Saturday 9th August 2025
Time: 6.30 ’till late
Venue: Defford Village Hall
Will there be a bar: Don’t ask silly questions, of course there’ll be a bar 🍺🍻🍷🥃
Will there be food: Yes, we will provide food FOC
Is there a dress code: The theme for the evening will be Hawaiian. We thought that most people have a colourful shirt, dress etc. If not don’t worry there will be spare garlands available
Parking: There is plenty of parking
Whilst there is plenty of outside space, unfortunately camping and caravanning will not be possible.
We hope you are all excited to come and celebrate the great success that is ESAC over the past 50 years.
Could you please confirm to Martha, Paul or myself that you will be coming together with the number of your family that will be coming. We will need numbers as soon as possible so that we can organise the catering in plenty of time.
